We act for Registered Clubs, hotels, resorts and restaurants in all of their dealings with the various service providers that supply them, including food and liquor wholesalers, caterers, chefs and key managers.

We specialise in liquor licensing, gaming laws, gaming machines. We regularly appear in the Liquor Administration Board and Licensing Court representing our clients. We provide a range of advice on compliance, sales and purchases, amalgamations and divestments, executive service contracts, catering contracts, sponsorship and special events.

We also provide advice and assistance in licensing of hotels, restaurants, outdoor venues, special functions, transfers and original applications.
